To keep your jewellery looking its best:

  • Keep pieces separate to avoid scratches.
  • Wipe your jewellery gently with a soft, lint-free cloth after each wear.
  • Remove jewellery before sleeping, exercising, swimming, or bathing.

Avoid Contact With

To preserve the shine and finish, avoid exposing your jewellery to:

  • Perfumes and deodorants
  • Lotions and cosmetics
  • Hair sprays
  • Household cleaning products
  • Chlorinated or salt water
  • Excessive moisture and humidity

Always wear your jewellery after applying makeup and perfume.

Caring for Gold-Plated Silver Jewellery

Many of our designs feature a beautiful 18K Gold Plated finish.

To extend the life of the plating:

  • Avoid rubbing or scratching the surface.
  • Keep away from water, sweat, and chemicals.
  • Store separately in a soft pouch.
  • Remove before workouts or household chores.

With regular wear, gold plating may naturally fade over time. This is a normal characteristic of gold-plated jewellery.

Cleaning Your Jewellery

For regular cleaning:

  • Use a soft polishing cloth.
  • Gently wipe away fingerprints and dirt.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners, toothpaste, or harsh chemicals.

For deeper cleaning, use only jewellery cleaners that are safe for sterling silver.

Natural Silver Tarnishing

Sterling silver may naturally tarnish over time due to exposure to air, humidity, and everyday environmental factors. This is completely normal and does not affect the quality of your jewellery.

A gentle polish with a silver cleaning cloth will usually restore its original shine.
